CAPTURE | IMAGES takes your privacy very seriously. This policy outlines what personal information we collect and the way in which this information is used. It also explains the information we require from our clients and/or the events which we attend.
Personal Information
CAPTURE | IMAGES require a certain level of personal details to enable us to carry out the admin required before, during and after the services in which we provide. This information usual consists of; Name, Address, Contact phone numbers, Email address and Childrens names and ages (when applicable). There may be times in which we will require futher details, but this will be discussed with you personally at the time. This information will remain stored until such time you wish to be removed from our database, or you cease to be a current customer. If you wish for your information to be removed from our system, you can request this at any time by contacting us. |
Photos
CAPTURE | IMAGES store all images taken by our photographers, digitally in electronic format on our servers. Photos are usually stored for at least 6 months after they are taken, but may be kept longer if deemed necesary. We may use photos taken by our photographers in marketing materials. This includes, but is not limited to; Our website, Brochures, Flyers and Printed images. If you do not wish for your images to be used in this way, you can request this at any time. If your images have already been used in existing marketing material, which has already been printed, we will be unable to remove the images, but will not use them when producing further material. Images taken of you may also be available for purchase via our website. If images are taken during a "closed" photoshoot, (For more information see "closed shoots" below) then these images will only be available via a password protected gallery. If you require access to this gallery, please contact us. Images taken during an "open" photoshoot, (For more information see "open shoots" below) then these images may be available to the genreal public via one of our event galleries. We endevour that any photos displayed in our event galleries will not contain personally identifiable information, but if you feel an images of you is personally identifiable to you, then please contact us. |

Open and Closed Shoots.
| A closed shoot is one which is taken in private, either in your own home, or at our studio. Open shoots are generally taken in public places, or areas accessed by the general public. This type of shoot is usually at events, or a shoot taken in public parks, or places of interest. |
